- 1. We inform our customer about financial support from various banks & financial institutes.
- 2. If any customer wants to take support from financial institute our customer service team explains him the total procedure.
- 3. We also arrange an introduction meeting with financial institute through a tri party meeting.
- 4. We provide customers the different financial institutions brochures to choose the best possible source of financial support.
- 5. After getting the sanction letter from the bank we arrange all the relevant documents for the bank with help of Legal department.
- 6. We persuade the bank for disbursement at a regular basis after providing all the legal documents.
- 7. We arrange to ensure optimum facility for our customer through signing of Memorandum of Understanding with different financial institute.
Please Note: Financial Institute will assess the customer for repayment ability. The loan is subject to customers ability. Developer shall not be liable for confirmation of loan.
